Real Estate Law 30 Hours
This is the 30 hour course that is required for all agents that are renewing their license for the very first time. It may be required for some agents that have let their license lapse.
You can take this class for your 2 year renewal but make sure you also take the core curriculum.
The class is divided up into four sections. There is a required quiz at the end of each section and then a required exam when you are finished. Scan and email together when you are done. You can pay using the payment link on the front of the website for $175.
