30 Hour Advanced Practices Class
Real Estate Advanced Practices is required for all brokers licensed after July 2010 before their first renewal which will occur two full years after their license date. It is a 30 hour course.
If you were licensed before July 2010 and renew after July 2010 you are required to take the 30 hour Advanced Practices class and 30 hours of continuing ed including core and transition.
You can take the 30 hour Advanced Practices class for your renewal but you need to take the 3 hour Core and 3 hour Transition courses also… so it is actually better for your renewal to choose classes that add up to 30 hours.
Taking the 30 hour Real Estate Advanced Practices class
