Wayne Bailey, First Horizon Home Loans, is teaching a 3 clockhour course “Beware of Loser Loans” on May 15th at H.D. Hotspurs Restaurant in Kent. Registration is at 11:30 am. Tuition $28 includes a fantastic lunch. Wayne Bailey is a well respected instructor who shares mortage information in a casual and entertaining presentation. He is known for tackling just about any question posed by agents in the class. During this class he will explain the loser loans out there that homeowners are wrestling with and that may cause them to lose their home.
